Consumer Directed Attendant Care (CDAC)

CDAC services are designed to help people do things that they normally would for themselves if they were able.  People may reach a point where they need help to remain in their own home.  This may happen baecause of an accident, lengthy illness, disability or aging problems.

Available under BI, EW, HD, ID and PD Waivers

Homemaker Service

Homemaker services are those services provided when the member lives alone or when the person who usually performs these functions for the member needs assistance when performing the functions.

Available under EW and HD Waivers

Respite Service

Respite care services are services provided to the member that give temporary relief to the usual caregivers and provide all necessary care that the usual caregiver would provide during that period.  The purpose of respite care is to enable members to remain in their current living situation.

Available under BI, EW, HD and ID Waivers

Supported Community Living (SCL)

SCL services are provided within the client's home and community, according to the individualized clents needs as identified in the approved service plan.
